Resident Involvement Officer – Circle Housing, London, December 2015-October 2016
During my time as a resident involvement officer, I worked within the EU funded TRIME project. My job was to help social housing customers reduce their energy useby giving them advice, recruiting and training Energy Ambassadors and promoting available, helpful services from the company.

I started working as an Ofsted registered Nanny and looked after 3 children for 6 years. My duties included managing school run, helping around the house, organizing after-school and holiday activities.

Throughout my time as a barista, I gained knowledge and experience about professional coffee-making in a high pressure environment.
Bar staff – Royal British Legion, Harpenden, January 2010-February 2011
I worked as a bar staff at the Royal British Legion, where I learnt to work with demanding customers, under pressure. My duties included serving drinks, keeping the bar area clean and tidy or changing barrels. I also helped to organize events at the club such as authority meetings, small weddings or social gatherings.
Surrey Green Network, April 2014-March 2017
I worked as a volunteer within the Recycle for Surrey and Love Food Hate Waste programs. During this time, I attended several events such as village fairs and schools to encourage local residents for the reduction of food waste at home and home composting.
Kingston Carers’ Network, May 2016-May 2017
Kingston Carers’ Network (KCN) is a local registered charity, providing independent information, advice, advocacy and support to people who care for someone living in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames.
We support carers of all ages, including young carers aged 5 to 18. At KCN we organize activities for children to free them from their responsibilities at home.

I joined Circle Housing Sustainability Department to gain course-related experience. Throughout the months I worked there, I was part of a team that promoted energy saving at home for the local residents through organised events.
