Szeptember 24. és 28. között Budapesten tartja közgyűlését az Európa 13 országának környezetvédő jogi szervezeteit tömörítő Justice and Environment. A találkozón többen között részt vesz a Bizottság képviselője is, akivel a civil szervezetek megvitatják a környezeti jogorvoslati fejlesztésének lehetőségeit.
 

Green law group to find new issue to solve
Justice & Environment (J&E), an association of public interest environmental law organizations in the EU will be holding its jubilee 10th Annual General Meeting on Sept 24th in Budapest. This network of NGOs promoting EU environmental law in the Member States is known for its work helping communities exercise their participatory rights against governments, EU institutions and corporations.
This year’s AGM will be crucial for J&E to define who will be its target in 2013. The organization is also to decide what legal means including lawsuits will apply in order to ensure the voice of people is heard in environmental decision-making.
